I was commissioned to design a mural on the staircase at Bardo, a beloved house venue in Cambridge, MA.
I chose a looped face chain design, to represent the many connections that are created and sustained in this wonderful space!

Rain River
I was selected by The Esplanade Association to paint one of three pumphouses along the Charles River Esplanade.
The main design element featured in Rain River is a recurring motif in my work that I call the Face Chain. The Face Chain is a visual representation of the interconnectedness of our human identities, reminding us that we all use each other to create who we are. This message can also be applied to the natural elements, which was my inspiration behind the piece. I love the idea of the pumphouses as the connection between the city and the river, keeping the balance the same way we do for each other interpersonally and on a macro level scale.
